The essentials. SUSPIK creates fictional investigation games for adults. Act I is free. U.S. sales are currently closed. The planned offers are individual cases and annual Founding Membership; neither this page nor playing the free act authorizes a payment. A case purchase remains attached to the specific title and edition shown at checkout.
1. Operator and scope
SUSPIK is the trading name of Bernat Pallicer Seguí, Spanish tax ID (NIF) 41620631S, Calle Roca Tomas 4, 07460 Pollença, Islas Baleares, Spain. Contact: support@suspik.com · +359 88 493 0531.
Creator applications are governed separately by the Founding Affiliate program terms. These terms govern the U.S. edition at suspik.com and your use of its connected platform and games from October 16, 2026. The product information shown before you buy, our refund policy and your mandatory consumer rights also apply. These terms do not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an earlier purchase or membership.
2. Fictional entertainment for adults
SUSPIK games are works of fiction. Characters, events, organizations, evidence, official-looking documents and signatures are created for entertainment. They are not genuine police records, professional advice or a real investigation. Any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract to create an account or buy. Cases may include fictional death, violence, grief and descriptions of injury. Read the content information on the relevant case page.
You need internet access, a supported modern browser and a compatible device. You are responsible for your connection costs.
3. Free samples and the current case
The available Act I sample can be tried without creating an account or entering payment details. A sample is not an automatic subscription and does not authorize a charge. The case page identifies what is free and what requires a purchase.
The Havenport Boathouse is currently presented as Case 01. Its catalogue number and planned release order may change. A completed case purchase stays attached to the specific title and edition identified at checkout. We will not treat a numbering change as your agreement to buy a different case.
The upcoming catalogue is a preview. Future covers do not by themselves identify a finished case or promise an individual release date. The annual allocation included in the planned Founding Membership is described in section 8. Its membership year starts when the paid membership starts, not when you visit this page or play Act I.
4. Account and access
You sign in with a one-time email code. Give us an address you control, keep your inbox and codes secure, and do not share or resell your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Purchased access is linked to your account after payment is confirmed. Your free-sample and game progress may also depend on the browser used. The platform’s account records and your game notes are separate. See the privacy policy and cookie policy.
Where a purchase is not yet available or payment cannot be accepted, the site will not grant paid access by pretending a payment succeeded. If a completed payment does not give you access, contact us with the purchase reference before paying again.
5. Prices and Paddle checkout
U.S. sales are currently closed. The planned prices are US$109.99 per year, or US$98.99 with a valid creator code for Founding Membership, US$12.99 for a regular individual case and US$2.99 for the Case 01 launch offer. The regular price is a planned selling price; it does not claim that a case has already been sold at that price. The final product, price, applicable taxes, billing schedule and conditions will be shown before you can confirm a purchase.
Individual cases are one-time purchases. Founding Membership is an annual subscription with annual automatic renewal only when you expressly choose and authorize it at checkout. No U.S. membership is being started or billed by visiting this site, opening an account or trying Act I.
Paddle is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for payments made through Paddle checkout. For U.S. buyers, the contracting entity is Paddle.com Inc., as specified in the Paddle Buyer Terms. You purchase through Paddle; SUSPIK supplies and licenses the game. Paddle handles the charge, receipt and applicable transaction taxes. We do not collect your card details.
A rejected or abandoned payment does not complete a purchase. Price changes do not increase an already paid individual purchase or override an agreed Founder price lock. Any applicable tax is identified separately before payment.
6. License and permitted use
Buying an individual case grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the identified edition for private, non-commercial purposes. An annual membership instead provides access to the cases included with that membership while the membership is active. Membership access does not turn each included case into a separately purchased case or transfer ownership of game files.
No purchase transfers copyright or ownership of the game, images or evidence. Do not redistribute, publish or resell case files, share paid access, bypass access controls, attack the service, enter another person’s account or use the material commercially without written permission. Avoid publishing spoilers that identify the solution.
We may limit access where reasonably needed to investigate fraud, protect the service or address a serious breach. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a contact route. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
7. Progress, availability and support
Notes, drafts, settings and a local copy of your progress are stored in your browser. Verified milestones are also recorded in a necessary signed game cookie. Signing in on another device does not automatically move these browser saves. Use available export/import tools to keep a copy.
Clearing browser data, blocking required storage or changing browsers may remove progress. We cannot recover a browser save we have never received. Purchased access in your account is separate from your saved investigation.
We maintain the service and may need to interrupt it for maintenance or faults. We will address material delivery or access problems. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee your device, connection or third-party services will always work without interruption.
8. Planned Founding Membership, renewal and refunds
The planned U.S. Founding Membership is US$109.99, billed yearly (US$98.99 with a valid creator code). It includes 26 cases per membership year: 24 new regular cases and 2 Founder-only cases, plus a vote on which cases we create next. It includes the current case when your membership starts and the releases included during your membership year. The lineup and the start of the paid membership year will be identified before purchase.
Your Founder annual rate is fixed for your first three membership years: the initial annual term and the next two annual renewals while you keep the membership active. This is a price benefit, not an obligation to stay for three years. The membership renews annually unless you cancel renewal. After the three-year lock, any different renewal rate must be disclosed before the affected renewal, with any notice or consent required by applicable law.
You can cancel the next renewal through your account or the Paddle buyer portal, or ask us for help. Cancellation stops future renewal charges once it takes effect. Unless you also receive a refund or another agreed remedy, access continues until the end of the current paid membership period and then ends for membership-only cases. Separately purchased cases are unaffected. Deleting an account alone does not cancel recurring billing.
The seven-calendar-day, no-questions-asked full-refund guarantee applies to individual cases and the initial Founding Membership purchase. A refund and cancellation of renewal are different requests. Mandatory rights and any more favorable conditions remain applicable.
These offers are for separate U.S. products. They do not convert an earlier Mexico membership, move an existing customer to a new price or replace earlier purchase conditions. Existing memberships retain their agreed price, renewal, access, cancellation and refund conditions.
9. Changes and disputes
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. We will show the effective date and provide additional notice where a change materially affects an existing service. A revised catalogue or policy does not rewrite completed purchases or cancel rights already agreed.
For your use of the game supplied by SUSPIK, Spanish law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights where you live. This does not limit any right to bring a claim before a competent local court. Paddle’s own terms separately govern your payment relationship with Paddle.
Contact support@suspik.com if there is a problem. The English and Spanish versions are intended to describe the same terms; tell us if you find a difference. Mandatory legal protections always take priority.
